GENERAL
All payments (deposits, instalments and full payments) are non-refundable and non-transferable as per our Terms & Conditions.
Yes you can. You still pay for an events wristband, but you can choose which events you wish to attend/not attend. However, if you like to stay longer we do not cover extra events not listed in our itinerary.
No unfortunately transportation is not covered
Wristbands are non-replaceable, so if you lose it, you will have to pay the full current price for one. Please make sure you take care of them responsibly.
We will email you a full digital schedule 1 week before the event starts.
All standard events are included in your package. Events not included are VIP parties or boat parties announced, which will be additional. Apart from this, you will only need spending money for food and drink only
Acts are released periodically throughout the year
You will receive an email from our ticket provider which will confirm the details of your instalment payments which will be automatically taken from you on the same day each month. The instalment payments are there for your benefit and designed to help financially.

The legal requirements governed by law is that all attendees must be 18+.
