    All payments (deposits, instalments and full payments) are non-refundable and non-transferable as per our Terms & Conditions.
  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY WRISTBAND?
    Wristbands are non-replaceable, so if you lose it, you will have to pay the full current price for one. Please make sure you take care of them responsibly.
  • WHEN WILL THE ACTS BE ANNOUNCED?
    Acts are released periodically throughout the year
  • I’VE PAID MY DEPOSIT, NOW WHAT?
    You will receive an email from our ticket provider which will confirm the details of your instalment payments which will be automatically taken from you on the same day each month. The instalment payments are there for your benefit and designed to help financially.
  • HOW DO I MAKE INSTALMENT PAYMENTS?
    Shoobs - Instalment Payments are taken from your card automatically each month
  • WHEN DO I NEED TO PAY BY?
    Please check your booking confirmation which will list your due payment dates. If you’ve made deposits please make sure you actively check for emails from info@shoobs.com for confirmation
  • CAN I PAY OFF MY INSTALMENTS EARLY?
    Yes, you are welcome to pay off your instalments early - please contact info@shoobs.com for more info
  • WHERE DOES ISLAND BREAKOUT CORFU TAKE PLACE?
    Island Breakout Corfu takes place in Amsterdam Centrum, which is the Centre of amsterdam
  • WHEN IS ISLAND BREAKOUT CORFU?
    Friday 24th April to Monday 27th April 2026 (last event is on Sunday 26th April & you are expected to return back home on the Monday)
  • WHERE DO I COLLECT MY WRISTBAND FROM?
    Wristbands will be collected in a location in Amsterdam Central. You will be emailed full details of collection points and times much closer to the event, upon full completion of payment.
  • WHAT IS THE AGE RESTRICTION?
    The legal requirements governed by law is that all attendees must be 18+.
  • ANY OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION?
    To call a number in Greece dial 00 30 and then the number Emergency Assistance - 112 Time Zone - Eastern European Time
  • WHAT TIMES DO ISLAND BREAKOUT EVENTS RUN?
    Full details and event times will be provided much closer to Island Breakout. Keep up to date by signing up to the mailing list and following us on social media platforms: @IslandBreakout
  • WHAT CURRENCY DO I USE?
    The official currency used is Euro, which you can acquire at the post office, bank, or Bureau de Exchange.
  • WHEN SHOULD WE ARRIVE?
    Our first event takes place at 11pm on Friday 24th April so we would recommend you to book a flight landing in the morning or early afternoon, so you can have enough time to travel to your accommodation, get checked in, changed, and head to collect your first wristband, and then travel to our first event.
  • ARE FLIGHTS/ACCOMMODATION INCLUDED IN MY PACKAGE?
    Flights are not included in your price, and it will be up to you to arrange these yourselves.
  • WHAT AIRPORT DO WE FLY TO?
    Amsterdam Airport Schiphol which is roughly a 20 minute drive from the main square and events
  • HOW DO I GET FROM THE AIRPORT TO ISLAND BREAKOUT?
    You will have to make your own arrangements, but the easiest option is taxi (uber) you can also take train and bus, or rent a car.
  • DO WE HAVE TO PAY FOR OUR EVENTS?
    All standard events are included in your package. Events not included are VIP parties or boat parties announced, which will be additional. Apart from this, you will only need spending money for food and drink only
  • WHEN WE WILL KNOW WHAT EVENTS ARE ON & WHERE?
    We will email you a full schedule before the event. You will also be emailed a digital copy of the schedule 1 week before the event starts!
  • I CAN’T MAKE THE FULL TRIP, CAN I STILL COME ALONG?
    Yes you can. You still pay for an events wristband, but you can choose which events you wish to attend/not attend. However, if you like to stay longer we do not cover extra events not listed in our itinerary.
  • DO YOU PROVIDE TRAVEL TO THE EVENTS?
    No unfortunately transportation is not covered
  • WHERE SHOULD I STAY IN?
